Delete your Kindbite account
Kindbite (formerly Heloq) is a calorie and nutrition tracker by Pulkit Aggarwal. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Kindbite and go to Profile.
- Tap Your data.
- Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.
Everything is deleted immediately. Want a copy first? Tap Download all my data on the same screen.
Without the app
Email app.pulket@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Kindbite account.
We delete everything within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
Your profile, every meal you logged (with its nutrition and vitamins), meal and progress photos, weight history, daily totals, water and workouts, craving coach history, app-usage records, any Pro gift, and your login.
What is kept
Nothing on our side. If you had a subscription, Apple or Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Cancel the subscription itself in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting the account does not cancel it.
