Dearly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how we keep the community safe, in line with Google Play's child-safety requirements and applicable law.
Dearly is intended only for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account, and we remove accounts we believe belong to underage users.
We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or grooms a minor, including: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18; grooming, solicitation, or attempts to arrange offline contact with a minor; and sharing or requesting sexual content from a minor. Such behaviour results in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
Every profile and letter in the app can be reported, including a dedicated "Child safety" option. You can also email us directly at hi@pulket.in with the subject "Dearly Support". Reports of child-safety concerns are treated as urgent.
We review child-safety reports promptly. When we find a violation we remove the content, permanently ban the account, and preserve relevant evidence. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and/or to the appropriate local authorities, as required by law.
We design and moderate Dearly to prevent CSAE, we act quickly on reports, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organisations. We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Dearly operates.
Our child-safety point of contact is hi@pulket.in (subject: "Dearly Support"). If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
